* This photograph was taken in front of the El Camino Real in the Argentine neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas. KCK is a mystery to me. I don’t know the landscape well, so I’m constantly looking around when I’m behind the wheel. The warm winter is keeping me productive.

Hong Kong      2005 * It was my first summer out of high school and everything felt good. Pippy let me borrow a camera from the high school and let me take it overseas. I still can’t believe she let me do that. I remember having around 5 rolls of Ilford Delta 400, 2 rolls of Ilford Delta 3200 and a few rolls of hand rolled Kodak TMAX400. I scanned these from the prints.

My Dining Room - Kansas City, Missouri    2011  *My roommate Bobby was recently involved in a car accident on i-70. His vehicle was totalled after hitting a car that wasn’t quite pulled over on the shoulder of the highway. He has fully recovered since the accident.

Arma, Kansas  2011 * I spent my thanksgiving in Arma, Kansas. Lexi’s grandfather worked in the coal mines in and around Crawford county. Being in towns such as Arma, where the main industry has ceased, makes me wonder what will become of them in the next 20 years.  I think I will take some time off in the short future and drive around Kansas for a couple of weeks/months documenting...
